You’ll have an unforgettable vacation at this oceanfront beach house on the oceanside of Dune Road in Westhampton Beach, with enough room for the whole family (and some friends!). This 3-story home has 6 bedrooms, 5 full baths and a second living area on the 3rd floor, which creates perfect privacy accommodations for a family. All king & queen sized bedrooms are newly appointed with brand new mattresses in Spring 2024. There is a heated pool on the oceanfront deck and a gas grill with house hook-up provided (no need for fuel tanks). The spacious kitchen is equipped with a Subzero fridge and DCS gas/electric chef’s range including grill, griddle and exhaust hood. The oversized living room with extra high ceilings offers amazing water views of both the ocean and bay. You will spend the day on your 150’ private piece of oceanfront beach paradise. A fully private boardwalk leads straight from the rear deck to your private beach. Catch gorgeous sunsets over the bay in the evenings while relaxing on the front deck wicker chars. Located just a couple houses away from Cupsogue Beach County Park, you are only a short walk away from a lobster roll, cocktail, or live music @ Tiki Joe’s. John Scott’s Surf Shack, Dockers, Sundays on the Bay & Oaklands are all further east Dune Road destinations.
